Developing Competences to Deal With New Coworkers 

The project started on December 1, 2021 and will last for a total of 24 months.  The project is conducted by 7 partners from 6 countries. The project aims to promote an understanding of the nature and scope of changing work environments and to develop a training program that allows active and future workers to deal with new work relationships arising from the emergence of robots and artificial intelligence in the workplace. The main overall aim is to support employees in developing the skills necessary to deal with the challenges they present in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
