We have participated in the transnational training of Global Citizenship for Human Rights project between 22-30 April in Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia. In the 7-day training course, we have participated the trainings in field of human rights for increasing the partnership's overall capacity in the field of Human Rights Education by sharing the good practices and using gamification methods. In the remaining part of the project, it is among our goals to increase the quality of human rights education and human rights awareness among young people by implementing the games / tools / activities that we will produce on human rights education together with young people.  

We visited Diyarbakir and Mardin provinces on April 1-4 as part of the Culturally Diversity Humanly United project.  After covid-19, a local partners meeting was held in Diyarbakr with Turkish partners. Together with Diyarbakır İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü, one of the partners of the project, the dissemination event of the project was carried out and the steps to be taken for the future were planned. Information and presentations about the project, necessary explanations were made, new ideas were discovered. Diyarbakır and Mardin, the two pearls of Turkey and the East, are one of the cities that stand out with their cultural diversity and during this visit, the beauties and people of the city showed how well they fit the inclusive spirit of the project.  

We completed our Steam People Project WebApp Evaluation Meeting, which was implemented by the European Union and Foreign Relations Office on behalf of İstanbul Valiligi, within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program, on the Zoom platform, on Friday, April 2nd. At the meeting, information about the project was given by the Governorship of Istanbul and a presentation was made on the objectives. Information about Erasmus + was given.  

The focus group meeting of our Culturally Diverse, Humanly United project was completed. Many topics such as diversity in business life, different cultures and the adaptation process, empathy, gender equality were discussed, took place on February 24 between 13.00-15.00. Among the speakers attending the meeting were TURKONFED Secretary General and Board Member Arda Batu, Young Success Education Foundation General Manager Seçil Yıldırım Çelebi, Istanbul Gedik University Women Entrepreneurship Application and Research Center Manager Ayşin Şişman, Limak Investment Human Resources Manager Ayça Bilmez. Many topics were discussed at the meeting, from personal development to gender equality and the benefits of diversity.  

We completed the Dissemination event of the Youth Ambassadors of Non Formal Learning project on February 9th. It took place in 2 sessions. In the first session, we gave information about non-formal learning methods. Participant-specific teaching methods, mutual and lifelong learning were discussed at the event. The achievements of the students in the association were shared. In the second session, our participants took the floor and talked about the problems in learning techniques and the problems related to social media. At the end of the event, each participant was given a certificate.
